What is Dart Registry?
Dart Registry is a new way to buy a car. It's a website that lets you configure a Dodge Dart the way you want it and ask your friends, family and social network to help sponsor parts of it. The goal is for your Dodge Dart to get fully funded by your network and get you on the road in your new vehicle.
Who can participate in the Dart Registry?
Dart Registry is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and DC. You must be 18 years of age and older to participate. These rules apply to both the funder and fundee.
How does it work?
There are six easy steps:
- Customize your Dodge Dart.
- Create an account for your Dart:
- Describe the account in words, images and video
- Set the funding goal and fund-raising timeframe
- Tell everyone you know about your page, and keep up the communication to create buzz and momentum.
- Raise your funds:
- Raise money from anywhere within the United States
- Keep the funds you raise, minus the fees below:
- Reach your goal: 5% commission fee + 4% payment processing fee
- Don’t reach your goal: 5% commission fee + 4% payment processing fee
- Get paid out fast as soon as your registry ends
- Go to your nearest Dodge dealer and buy your Dodge Dart.
- Thank all of your friends and family.

Which web browsers can accommodate the Dart Registry website?
The Dart Registry website works best on the following web browsers: Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer 8, 9 and 10. If you have the Chrome Frame browser extension installed on Internet Explorer 8, then you will not be able to Fund a Part. You will need to uninstall Chrome Frame or use a different browser in order to Fund a Part.
Can I access the Dart Registry website on my mobile device?
Yes, you can access the website from any smartphone or tablet that has access to the Internet. However, for the optimal experience you should access the site from your desktop or laptop computer.
Which devices will allow me to record my registry video seen by potential sponsors?
A desktop or laptop computer equipped with a webcam and mic. Recording a video from a smartphone or tablet is not supported.
Are Dart Registry accounts screened before they appear on the Dart Registry website?
Yes, all accounts go through a manual screening process. We try to review and approve accounts within 24 hours, but during periods of high volume this process could take up to 48 hours. Once your Dart Registry is approved you will receive an email containing instructions to start promoting your page.
How long will it take to screen my account?

What is the maximum amount of money I can raise?
Dart Registry has a maximum funding limit of $30,000.
What is the minimum amount of money I can raise?
Dart Registry has a minimum funding limit of $100.
Do I have to buy a Dodge Dart with the money I raise?
Not necessarily. While the money can be used for anything, the people who helped you fund the vehicle you promoted would be disappointed to not see you driving a shiny new Dodge Dart on the road.
Where are my funds kept?
The funds are kept in a secure, separate US bank holding account.
How do I receive the money I raise?
You will receive your funds by secure check. Reach out to support@rockethub.com to check on the process.
Are there any fees that apply to the money I raise?
Whether or not your goal is reached, a 5% crowd-funding commission fee and a 4% payment processing fee will be subtracted from your total amount raised. These fees go to RocketHub to cover the costs of running the site. These fees will be applied upon withdrawing the funds from your account.
Do I get to keep the total funded amount that I raise?

What happens if I do NOT make my goal?

How long can my Dart Registry remain active?
You will be asked to select the term (1–90 days) you want your registry to remain active.
When can I withdraw my funds?
You can withdraw your funds once the term established for your registry (1–90 days) has been completed. The only exception is if you hit the maximum funding limit of $30,000. In this case your account will not accept additional transactions and you will be able to withdraw your funds.
Can I withdraw my funds prior to the term established for my registry?
No, you may not withdraw the funds until the term established for your registry (1–90 days) has been completed. The only exception is if you hit the maximum funding limit of $30,000. In this case your account will not accept additional transactions and you will be able to withdraw your funds.
What happens when the term for my registry (1–90 days) expires?
- Once your registry ends, you will immediately receive an email (to the email address you provided) congratulating you on your success. This email will ask you to confirm your cash-out details (payee name and address). When you respond to this email, a check will be prepared and mailed to you.
- If you do not respond to the initial email, you will receive weekly reminder emails for a period of 30 days.
- If you do not respond within 30 days, your funds will be moved into a RocketHub account, and reminder emails will cease.
- If you do not respond within 6 months, RocketHub will send you an inactivity reminder email.
- From the date you receive the inactivity reminder, you will have 14 days to respond to RocketHub before the funds will be marked as inactive and reallocated.
Can I buy the exact Dodge Dart that I created on the Dart Registry website?
There are over 100,000 ways to customize a Dodge Dart. It is possible to create a unique combination not currently available for sale. You will need to visit your nearest Dodge dealership or Dodge.com to determine which Dart you would like to purchase.
Who charges my credit, debit or charge card if I contribute money to someone’s Dart Registry?
When you contribute money to a Dart Registry, charges will appear from RocketHub.com on your credit, debit or charge card statement.

What is a Registry Redemption Card?
A Registry Redemption Card allows you to contribute money to any Dart Registry, except your own, on DodgeDartRegistry.com at no cost to yourself. Registry Redemption Cards are given away at select events where Dodge is present.
How do I get a Registry Redemption Card?
Registry Redemption Cards are given away for free at select events where Dodge is present, like the New York Auto Show, for example.
How do I use the promotional number on my Registry Redemption Card?
To use your Registry Redemption Card, all you need to do is pick a Dart Registry to contribute to, choose a part to sponsor and then pick the Pay with Redemption Card option when you enter the amount of money you want to contribute to the part.
Does the Registry Redemption Card expire?
Yes. Each Registry Redemption Card has an expiration date printed on it. Please see your card for the date of expiration.
Can I use a Registry Redemption Card on my own Dart Registry?
You cannot use a Registry Redemption Card on your own Dart Registry.
Can I use a Registry Redemption Card with another form of payment?
You cannot use a Registry Redemption Card with other forms of payment. Registry Redemption Cards need to be used on their own.
